Carrie
 

 Carrie has lived in Greensboro, NC for 29 years with her husband. She has two grown daughters that live in Chicago and Raleigh. She enjoyed teaching Biology and Science for 9 years. She has always loved the outdoors and growing gardens and house plants.

Carrie began at ABBA Design 4 years ago and has enjoyed learning the

techniques and creative aspects to floral design. After seeing all of the beautiful flowers coming in from far far away, she tried her hand at growing some. She loves experimenting with growing techniques, soil composition, vase life and is gradually learning how to use a greenhouse.

More recently she has enjoyed plant design and planting for ABBA’s clients. She loves helping to create small welcoming spaces for people to come home to. It is her strong belief that the science and aesthetics of plants have the capacity to significantly improve quality of life. Carrie is thankful that ABBA has given her the opportunity to pursue these amazing design opportunities. Her future plans include spending time with her friends and family, enjoying empty nest life with her husband and growing and designing plants and flowers.
